Order Cancellation:

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

• To cancel, please email us at info@nakshatrabydlash.com or contact us via WhatsApp.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

Refunds:

• Refunds are only processed for:

  • Cancelled orders (before shipping)

  • Defective or damaged products (must share unboxing video or photos)

• Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method (Razorpay or Bank Transfer).

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation.

Note:

• No refunds for orders placed by mistake or if the customer doesn’t like the product after delivery (unless defective).

• Exchange may be offered in certain cases—please contact us.
