Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days.

Delivery timelines vary by location (usually 5–8 business days).

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products, reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video.

Custom/personalized orders and items bought during sale/offer periods are non-returnable.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once processed, cancellations are not possible.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select pincodes.
